Nexperia is a Netherlands-headquartered semiconductor manufacturer specializing in the high-volume devices that provide the fundamental switching, protection, power and logic functions inside electronic systems. The Nexperia business was formed in 2017 when the former NXP Standard Products division became an independent company, while its engineering and manufacturing heritage reaches back through NXP and Philips Semiconductors.

Its portfolio is built around bipolar transistors, diodes, ESD and transient protection, MOSFETs, silicon-carbide power devices, gallium-nitride FETs, IGBTs and analog or logic ICs. Nexperia also places strong emphasis on compact packaging, power efficiency and automotive-qualified components, making the range particularly relevant to space-constrained and high-volume designs.
