TE Connectivity Launches MINI FAKRA System for 24 Gbps Automotive Links

The TE MINI FAKRA system is aimed at ADAS, surround-view and front-facing cameras, V2X communication, antenna modules, and digital cockpit and infotainment systems.

Designed for space-constrained vehicle applications, the connector is compatible with established Mini FAKRA interfaces and cavities. TE has also focused on mating robustness, with features intended to protect the contacts during assembly and provide more controlled insertion.
